What is pultruded structure
shapes?
Pultruded shapes are composed of fiberglass rovings and mat combined with
thermosetting resin systems. Fibrotec offers different choice of three
thermosetting resin systems for different level of chemical environmental.
- Vinyl Ester Resin: for high chemical resistance
-
Isophthalic Polyester Resin: for industrial applications

Orthophthalic Polyester Resin: for architectural or other
applications with less corrosion problems
Fibrotec offers more than 100 standard shapes. In order to improve the property
of corrosion and anti-UV in application service, all shapes have surface veil to
protect against fiberglass penetrating the resin surface.
Fire resistance property is also available for Vinyl Ester Resin, Isophthalic
Polyester Resin and Orthophthalic Polyester Resin upon request. Wide range of colors for each
resin systems is also available
